For COD orders, payment must be made to the authorized delivery partner when the order is delivered.
6. Shipping & Delivery
KAYRIO currently offers:
Normal Delivery: 4–5 business days — FREE
Jet Delivery: 1–2 business days — ₹50
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier issues, weather, holidays, high order volumes, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside KAYRIO's control.

7. Returns & Replacements
KAYRIO does not offer easy returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or personal preference.
Eligible customers may request a replacement for genuine manufacturing defects, printing defects, major damage, or an incorrect product/size sent by KAYRIO, subject to verification.
